As a real estate profession, Brett, did an excellent job. He assisted in a complex sale while I was in the hospital and of a house not ready to be listed. Also, with a complex issue with the HOA. Unfortunately the buyer backed out. So then, Brett, aided in the strategy, once, I was out of the Hospital to bring the property to a marketable condition. House was then only on the market for a few days with a successful PA at 100% of the asking price. He also had to contend with the new buyers mortgage company due to their lack of FHA knowledge. Finally, he contended with closing issues between the title company and my old lender. All and all, Brett handled very complex housing issues, complex HOA issues, complex lending issues, and finally complex closing issues. I was very fortunate that I had such a well versed agent that was always moving forward with a great demeanor. He help me through a very hard time in my life.
